NSW: Man dead, woman critical after crash

Ambulance officers say a man died and a woman is in a critical condition following
an accident in south western New South Wales.

The ambulance say the 30-year-old man died at the scene of the accident on the Olympic
Highway, near Junee.

The woman, also aged 30, was taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital in a critical condition.

The ambulance say a sedan collided with a four wheel drive.

And in another crash in the same district, six children and two adults were injured
in a two-vehicle accident on the Hume Highway north of Tarcutta near Wagga Wagga.
